Since Stand
21's creation, we have always kept in mind that "the customer
must be satisfied". That is why respecting rules and procedures
is a key principle of direction for our know-how and professionalism.
INTRODUCTION:
Everyone
is treated as an important and valued Stand 21 customer from
the first contact (implying that all customers are treated at
the same level).
Therefore, the goal of this charter is to satisfy the customer
and treat all orders in the best way.
By this charter, the Stand 21 team commits to respect the rules
and in all the possible ways to reach this goal.
ORDER
PROCESS:
After analyzing
your needs, we offer you advices and technical solutions for
the chosen product.
After each analysis, we give you a detailed quote.
For each order:
- We check that all the technical and commercial data for the
manufacture are mentioned and validated by the customer
- We control and check all the elements (sizes, design, embroideries
spots, options…) given by the customer
- These elements are registered on a manufacturing process book.
They will be respected with care and precision in the respect
of the homologations.
NOTE:
WE WILL REFUSE ANY CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION THAT DOESN'T RESPECT
OUR QUALITY RULES. After agreement with the customer, we might
choose to make this specification, but under the customer's
responsibility.
ORDER
TAKE:
Each order
given to Stand 21 will become a manufacturing file which is
under the responsibility of the project coordinator, who will
be your contact.
THE
PROJECT COORDINATOR COMMITS TO:
- Look after
the manufacture
- Choose the outside suppliers (except advised by the customer)
- Check and control at each level of manufacture, as described
above
He commits to warn you if any extra delay is expected.
INTERNAL
CONTROL PROCEDURES FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDED:
- Creation:
In accordance with the customer's choice and to all the applicable
standards for the product
- Manufacture: Realization and control of all the levels of
manufacture
- Shipping: Quality control made by your contact before shipping.
He/she will advise you of the date and the shipping method.
SUBCONTRACTOR
CONTROL PROCEDURE:
Stand 21
subcontractors are chosen with precise criterias:
- Respect of the manufacturing method
- Quality control at different stages of the manufacturing and
packing process
- Quality control on arrival by the staff at Stand 21.
We undertake
regular control inspections to ensure that there is no deterioration
in the quality of our products and services.
